Terms & Conditions
• 75% of the total payment must be done in order to confirm the booking. Rest of the amount is payable during delivery. Rescheduling is free (according to our schedule). Cancellation charge is 30% • A 15% extra charge is applicable for events outside Dhaka on selected packages. Additionally, Transportation, Food and accommodation costs will be applicable. • We do not cover events with opponent teams. Consult with us if you have booked another professional team to cover your event to avoid cancellation from our end. • We will provide a sneak peek within one week of your event. • Final delivery for edited photos will take approximately 1 to 1.5 months. And for edited videos may take up to 2 months. • The Client must inform us of any correction to the Video/Photo within one week of the final delivery. A re-edit charge will be applied after that time period and further changes. • We do not provide any RAW photos or videos • We do not retain any files (RAW or Edited) beyond 6 months after delivery.
